Tables, chairs, linens, decor, catering, setup, cleanup, parking, security and coordination are already here and already know each other. What is left for you to arrange is the interesting part.
It rained, and nothing changed
Glass, cover and the whole property to move into, including the conservatory at Magnolia House. No tent. No five o'clock panic. No flip fee.
Handled behind the scenes
Setup, cleanup, golf carts, parking, security and coordination, by people who have worked this property hundreds of times and know where the kitchen is.

Food actually served here, by a kitchen that works this estate every weekend.
Where everyone sleeps
Thirty-four people stay on the estate. A hotel is six minutes away for everyone else, and the airport is thirty.

And if it rains?
Nothing is struck, nothing is tented and nothing costs extra. The conservatory at Magnolia House is glass on three sides and already part of the property, so the wet-weather plan is a room you would have been happy to use anyway.
The decision gets made at a sensible hour by people who have made it before, and the answer is a different room rather than a different day.
